1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") and ze96 (hereinafter "ze96", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://ze96.cam. The Terms govern all access to and use of the ze96 website, its content, features, account services, promotional offers and any related services made available through the Platform.

By accessing ze96, creating an account, depositing funds or participating in any activity offered on this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered user profile created on ze96 by the User.

• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from the User to their ze96 Account using an approved Payment Method.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole base currency of the ze96 Platform.
• "Payment Method" means any approved deposit and withdrawal channel accepted by ze96, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking and Hong Leong Connect.
• "Platform" means the ze96 website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated services accessible at https://ze96.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or a related amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of eligible funds from the User's Account Balance to their designated Payment Method.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration on ze96 is open only to individuals who have attained the minimum age of 21 years at the time of account creation. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. ze96 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of ze96 complies with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. ze96 does not represent that its services are legally available in all locations. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law must not register or use this Platform.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ze96 account at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, whether registered under the same or different personal information, may result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3.4 Prohibited Categories

The following categories of persons are not eligible to hold a ze96 account:

4. Registration and Account Verification

To create a ze96 account, you must submit accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address and a valid mobile telephone number.

ze96 reserves the right to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any stage, including but not limited to prior to the processing of a first withdrawal. You must provide such documentation as may be requested, including a government-issued identity document (e.g. Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of address, within the time frame specified by ze96.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

ze96 is made available exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time, engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following:

• Fraud, deception or misrepresentation in connection with any account, transaction or promotional claim;
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing anomalies in a deliberate or systematic manner;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions or any activity that may constitute a financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble or otherwise interfere with ze96's software or systems.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

ze96 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in breach of Clause 5.2, to void all related bets and transactions, to forfeit any associated balance and to report relevant conduct to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

6. Payments and Transactions

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

ze96 processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform accepts deposits and eligible withdrawals through the following approved Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking and Hong Leong Connect. Supported methods may change at any time subject to provider availability and ze96 policy.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise stated for a specific Payment Method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by Payment Method and may be subject to individual account limits applied by ze96 in accordance with its responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering obligations.

6.3 Transaction Accuracy

You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient account details, transaction reference and amount before confirming any deposit or withdrawal. ze96 accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect payment destinations or for delays caused by inaccurate payment information provided by the User.

6.4 Third-Party Payment Providers

Payment processing is facilitated by third-party payment service providers and financial institutions including but not limited to Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, TNG Digital Sdn Bhd and other licensed providers. ze96 is not responsible for delays, errors or service interruptions attributable to these third parties.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered on ze96 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly addressed therein, and these general Terms shall apply to all other matters.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times indicated in the applicable promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds or associated winnings is permitted. The base calculation for wagering requirements will be specified in each promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be utilised within the validity period specified in the promotion terms, which is typically 7, 14 or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Any uncompleted bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

ze96 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or coordination with other users to circumvent the intent of any promotion.

8.5 Cryptocurrency Bonus Terms

Where a bonus is offered in connection with a cryptocurrency deposit, the bonus value will be calculated based on the MYR equivalent of the deposited amount at the conversion rate applied at the time the deposit is confirmed. Subsequent changes in cryptocurrency value do not affect the calculated bonus amount.

9. Responsible Gambling Obligations

ze96 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools allowing Users to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and cooling-off periods. Self-exclusion options are also available for Users who wish to restrict access to their account for a defined or indefinite period.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss and must be undertaken solely as a form of entertainment. You agree not to use ze96 as a means of generating income, recovering debts or addressing any financial difficulty.

10. Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ze96 account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your password, one-time passwords (OTPs), security PINs and any payment authorisation codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify ze96 support immediately at [email protected]. ze96 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain reasonable account security.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ze96 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, page layouts, colour schemes and structural designs, is the intellectual property of ze96 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing or transmitting any portion of the Platform's content without prior written consent from ze96 is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze96, its officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits or business interruption.

ze96's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of MYR deposited by that User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension and Termination

ze96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, technical abuse, multi-accounting or any other conduct that ze96, in its sole and reasonable discretion, considers detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

Upon termination, ze96 will determine the eligibility of any remaining account balance in accordance with these Terms. Funds determined to be legitimately deposited and not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User's verified Payment Method within a reasonable processing period.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute relating to your ze96 account, a transaction, a game result or a promotional outcome, you must first raise the matter with ze96 customer support by contacting [email protected]. Your communication must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute, after which ze96 reserves the right to decline to investigate.

ze96 will acknowledge your dispute within five (5) business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within twenty-one (21) business days of acknowledgement. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, ze96 will advise the User of the escalation process applicable at that time.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ze96 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ze96 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users by email, by a site-wide notice or by both. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ze96 is licensed and operates. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated under the applicable governing law.
